PR & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Marketing and PR Manager to drive our brand presence, communication strategies, and digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment and has a passion for impactful marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies, covering branding, PR, digital marketing, and content marketing.
• Design and execute media plans, ensuring maximum reach and effectiveness.
• Manage and optimize social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Oversee corporate websites, including SEO strategy, analytics, and content updates, to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Build and maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity across all relevant platforms.
• Establish and nurture relationships with media outlets, industry leaders, and influencers to enhance brand credibility.
• Plan and execute press tours, industry events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, focusing on cost control and optimisation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (starting from 3 years) in a Senior marketing and PR role within an international business environment.
• Strong strategic mindset with expertise in branding, PR, and digital marketing
• Understanding of digital marketing trends, ESG initiatives, and brand activation strategies.
• Excellent command of English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, analytics (Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insights), AI-driven marketing tools, and content creation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven setting with a strong focus on execution.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and optimising cost efficiency.

• Work schedule 5/2 09:00-18:00 or 08:00-17:00
