Executive Assistant to the CEO
Oil Dynamics LLC is an oil service company with its main office in Astana, Kazakhstan. We are currently expanding our international presence and preparing to open a regional office in Dubai.
The Role:
We are seeking a high-level, sophisticated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive strategic and operational support to the CEO. This is a role for a polished professional who will act as an extension of the CEO’s office, capable of representing the company at the highest levels and participating in technical and commercial negotiations globally.
Key Requirements:
Professional Presence: The candidate must possess the gravitas, presentation skills, and professional demeanor necessary to represent the company in meetings with high-ranking officials and C-suite stakeholders.

Experience: 3–20 years of proven experience, ideally in executive-level support within the oil and gas or engineering sectors.
Strategic Representation: Demonstrated ability to accompany the CEO on frequent international business trips. You must be comfortable managing high-stakes professional relationships and presenting technical solutions alongside the CEO.
Technical Presentation Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in creating high-impact presentations and complex technical and financial reports. You must be highly skilled in modern software tools for data visualization, financial modeling, and documentation, ensuring every delivery is world-class.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken) and perfect command of the Russian language.
Mobility: Exceptional level of mobility and total readiness for continuous international travel and relocation to Dubai.
