• Team purpose and responsibilities – Kolsay is Support Team based on R&M contract.
• Product, application, or service supported – mainly applications hosted in Azure (PaaS), also PowerApps tools and SaaS applications
• Team structure and collaboration model – Kolsay Team consists of Support engineers (DevOps engineers, Developers, Data engineer and PowerApp engineers) and TeamLead. Team collaborates on daily bases (including Daily meetings, team chats, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the health, availability, and performance of business applications hosted on Microsoft Azure.
• Provide first-line support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving application incidents and service requests.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate development or infrastructure teams with relevant diagnostic information.
• Assist with application deployments and perform post-deployment validation to ensure successful releases.
• Analyze application logs, monitoring data, and SQL queries to identify and diagnose issues.
  Support routine operational activities, including configuration updates and scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and business users to resolve application issues and improve service reliability.
• Assist in maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Help automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting tools and DevOps practices under the guidance of a mentor.
• Participate in incident reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application stability, support processes, and operational efficiency.
