An international company is looking for an experienced Head of Procurement to lead procurement activities for a large-scale industrial project.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with project and company objectives.
Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, purchasing, and delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers and contractors.
Lead procurement planning for project materials, equipment, and services.
Conduct supplier qualification, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations.
Ensure timely procurement while maintaining cost efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues.
Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, logistics, finance, and project management teams.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
Lead and develop the procurement team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in industrial, construction, energy, oil & gas, or manufacturing projects.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tender management, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
Experience working with international suppliers and EPC projects is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek.
