Key Responsibilities

· Deliver high-quality teaching in English across assigned modules, in alignment with A-level and IGCSE curricula and standards

· Develop and update course content and learning materials

· Support student learning through guidance, feedback, and assessment

· Contribute to curriculum design and academic planning

· Engage in research related to Uzbekistan and Central Asia

· Participate in academic administration and reporting

· Ensure a positive and effective student learning experience

Key Accountabilities

· Teach across a range of modules within the subject area

· Design and update curricula, syllabi, and teaching materials

· Apply innovative and technology-enhanced teaching methods

· Provide student support through regular office hours

· Stay current with subject developments; attend seminars and conferences

· Contribute to faculty administration and coordination tasks

· Support assessment processes, feedback collection, and quality assurance

· Participate in course promotion, presentations, and academic events

Key Requirements

· Master’s degree (higher degree preferred), preferably from an international higher education institution

· Strong English proficiency (IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent qualification taught in English)

· Experience in higher education teaching and/or relevant professional practice

· Experience teaching within the Cambridge curriculum system, including A-Level and IGCSE

· Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
