About us:

We're MAREE, an international beauty brand and an Amazon bestseller. Our products have already won the hearts of more than 3,000,000 women across the US, and we're still growing fast: 7+ years of steady momentum on Amazon, rapid traction on TikTok Shop and Shopify, and a team of 100+ people from 17 countries, all working remotely.

The role:

We have a Discord full of beauty creators. We need someone to turn it from "another brand chat nobody opens" into the room they actually want to be in - where creators swap hooks that worked, celebrate their first $1K day, and drag their friends in behind them.

What you'll do:

Run the room. Keep the Discord alive daily - start conversations, introduce creators to each other, answer fast. Keep channels clean, rules clear, and the vibe non-toxic. Spot your most active people and build a core around them.

Be the host. Challenges, leaderboards, live calls, webinars, shout-outs. Make the people who are making money visible, and build a culture where creators help each other instead of waiting for the brand to hand out tasks.

Teach. Run regular training on TikTok Shop and affiliate selling: picking products, structuring a video, hooks, offers, CTAs. Break down real videos that worked and flopped. Build the checklists, script templates, and FAQs that let new people start without hand-holding.

Get creators shooting. Push priority products and content angles, launch content challenges, chase down everyone who took a sample and never posted, and keep a library of winning hooks and formats.

Recruit. Find affiliates, micro-influencers, live hosts, and bloggers who've never sold anything yet in TikTok, Discord, and other communities. DM them yourself. Build referral mechanics so the community recruits for you.

Retain and grow. Understand why people go quiet and bring them back. Build tiers, statuses, and offers that give strong creators a reason to stay with us instead of the brand next door. Move top sellers into closer, personal work.

Close the loop. Bring creator feedback on products, samples, commissions, and logistics back to the team, escalate anything blocking people from filming or selling, and report on community health and growth.

Who we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with creators, bloggers, or online communities and you genuinely like people
• You understand TikTok, Discord, and how the creator economy actually works
• At least some real exposure to GMV MAX
• Fluent conversational English - you'll be talking with US creators every day
• You can hold a room: run a live call, keep energy up, make people want to participate
• Bold with decisions, creative, self-starting, analytical, fast to test an idea
