We, Aksamit Mobile Solutions, specialize in application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Health, Social Media and Blockchain.

We're looking for a motivated IT Sourcer Intern to join our team. We provide full training and will guide you through every stage of the IT sourcing process.

Requirements:

• Existing Linkedin Account;
• English level B2+;
• Desire to grow and develop in the field of sourcing/recruiting;
• Understanding of how to utilize various sources and tools for candidate sourcing;
• Good understanding of principles and technologies in information technology;
• Knowledge of the basics of sourcing and business correspondence.

• Writing job vacancies;
• Analyze existing technologies and trends in the IT industry;
• Posting current job openings on all relevant job search platforms;
• Actively sourcing candidates through various channels;
• Evaluating candidates based on their resumes;
• Managing candidates throughout the entire communication process;
• Collaborate with other departments within the company for information exchange and teamwork.
