Role description:

• Running Lamoda #1 full price fashion ecommerce site in Belorussia with full P&L and Legal entity GM responsibility, managing own warehouse and delivery operations;
• Work within the set of guidelines and in strong cooperation on a regular basis with the Moscow-based Headoffice. Strong level of cooperation and coordination of “internal service providers” such as IT/ Tech, Call Center and Online Marketing;
• Leading local team (currently 50+ FTE);
• 2015 business priorities: 1st year after business startup (building organization, intensive and extensive revenue growth).

We require:

• Country management/GM or (large scale) project leadership experience; good track record in Logistics (incl. complex Import/Export activities) is an advantage
• Leadership of mid-size team (with track record of high performance);
• Corporate finance knowledge (PnL management, basic accounting & taxation);
• Could be a plus: knowledge of Belorussian market, experience in e-commerce, experience in IT;
• Strong problem solver, structured thinking and communication skills;
• Russian fluent, Upper intermediate English.
