MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the Inditex Belorussian accounting team and ensuring Inditex meets all local accounting, tax and legal requirements for all Group Brands
• Meet all Group requirements in relation to Group procedures and Group Reporting, especially in relation to the month-end closing reporting (under IFRS)
• Supervising all accounting related areas: treasury, taxation, transactions, budget accounting and bookkeeping.
• Supervising local financial and tax reporting
• Supporting of external audits and tax audits
• Supervise all task related to general affairs, personnel management.
• Handle the strategic contacts with legal, tax and other authorities, banks

PROFILE:

• At least 6 years accounting experience.
• A bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance, Economics or other relevant subjects.
• Fluency in English and a professional writing skill is a must.
• PC skill (MS-word, excel, access)
• Knowledge of 1CEnterprise 8.0/8.1 accounting and stock system
• Strong knowledge of advanced Belorussian accounting principles and procedures and IFRS
• Knowledge of commercial laws, tax laws, labour’s laws in Belorussia.
• Strong people management skills
• Strong leadership by assigning work/projects and resolving problems.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in the Big 4 will be highly valuable
• Experience in retail trade will be highly valuable
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills within and outside the department/company
