eSports industry is growing at a tremendous rate. We are a team of skilled IT professionals launching a new project in this field targeted on a worldwide audience.

If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketeer who will be responsible for the growth of our customer base.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design, manage and implement plans and forecasts in the following fields:
  • Public Relations,
  • Branding,
  • Affiliate Marketing,
  • Display, CPC, social media, and video advertising,
  • Search Engine Optimization;
• Produce and implement ideas for promotional events and activities and organize them efficiently;
• Organize production of marketing tools including banners, video ads and landing pages;
• Produce content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organize the company’s publications;
• Control marketing budgets and maximize the marketing ROI;
• Monitor progress and submit performance reports.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field;
• Several years of work experience in the field of marketing, advertising or business development;
• Fluency in Russian and English (upper-intermediate or higher level);
• Advanced PC user (MS Office, Google Docs, HTML, JavaScript, Adobe Photoshop).

• Thorough knowledge and interest in:
  • ESports (CS:GO, Dota 2, LOL, Overwatch, Hearthstone),
  • Online betting,
  • Public relations,
  • Affiliate marketing,
  • Viral marketing,
  • SEO and SEM,
  • SMM,
  • Data analysis and statistics,
  • Display advertising,
  • E-mail marketing;
• Personal connections with key eSports market players is a huge plus;
• Analytical and creative thinking;
• Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent organizational and self-organizational skills;
• Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and resources without losing focus.
