DESCRIPTION:
- In this role, you will manage incoming requests (phone/ email) from B2B customers who are experiencing any difficulties with the use of our products or services. Technical support specialist is responsible to ensure that an effective solution is provided to the user in a timely manner.
- Here you can grow as a professional providing customer service, troubleshooting and assisting others with technical solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education;
- Technical part understanding and interest in this field;
- Very good Spanish language skills (Spanish language requests to be handled through phone and emails);
- Ability to respond operative to different requests;
- Ability to analyze the situation and find solutions;
