We are looking for a Process Specialist to join our professional and friendly team.

The position requires both ability to perform accurately routine day-to-day tasks and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide necessary consultation and support to projects in terms of company-defined processes and documentation. Perform internal project audits (annually).
• Participate in creation and updates of different company's documentation (procedures, guidelines, templates etc).
• Prepare reports

Requirements:

• Experience in collecting data, analyzing it and reporting on the results
• General understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile principles and methodologies
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Confidence with PC (MS Office Package)

Would be an advantage:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar fields
• Experience in similar position
• Report preparation experience
