The Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Belarus is currently seeking candidates for the position of Temporary Receptionist/Secretary (replacement during maternity leave) starting as soon as possible.
Deadline for submission of applications is 5:00 pm, Monday 26 March 2018.
Required qualifications:
- Formal education corresponding to upper secondary education in a relevant field;
- Preferably at least four years of working experience in a similar position;
- Previous experience in an international organisation or a diplomatic mission would be an asset.
Other requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of secretarial and clerical tasks;
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent command of Belarusian and Russian, both written and spoken;
- Knowledge of French or other additional EU language would be an asset;
- High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Internet)
