BP Mobile is a company specializing in mobile application development.
Every year the number of users of our applications increases, respectively the number of questions increases too. We invite to our friendly team an experienced Customer Support Specialist who will provide good service to users of our applications.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries;

Collect customers feedback;
-
Manage apps’ pages on Facebook;
-
Gather and analyze user information, and provide regular feedback about common issues to product and marketing managers.
Requirements:
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian;

Solid knowledge of mobile app market;
-
Experience in relevant industries or call centers;
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to have:

Additional language skills, particularly in Spanish, German or Portuguese.
