Shopper Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Participation in development & implementation of Marketing strategy & annual Brand plan for several Brands in accordance with Company Business plan
- Coordinating cross-functional cooperation related to brand activities execution (BTL, NPD, other initiatives )
- Being responsible for brand health and sustainable volume growth & positive market share development
- Monitoring & development of category trends, consumer preferences & needs
- Analytical analysis of relevant brand performance data (KBIs tracking & etc)
- Following the principles of effective & efficient activities execution
Qualification requirements:
- Master degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics
- At least 2-3 years + of experience as Brand Manager//PD manager/TM manager within FMCG company
- Practical knowledge of Marketing & Trade marketing management & Project management is critical
- Proven experience in cross-functional leadership projects
- Expertise of annual brand plans preparation and execution
- Developed analytical skills
- Businesslike, Hardworking, Responsible, Cooperative, Analytical, Flexible, Multitasking, Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tough deadlines
- English on Upper-intermediate level
- MS Project knowledge is preferable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
