Business development manager (EU, US)

About you

We’re looking for those one who is passionate about international sales and business development. This means that you’re good at analyzing market, business possibilities and constraints and executing effective strategies to grow our business. You’re also the type of person who can see where a business may have shortcomings and have creative solutions to resolving those shortcomings given constraints such as time and budget. You’re interested to grow with a company which you can help to develop and share in its success. Essential Functions:

+ Prospect, qualify and close embedded electronics design and development (engineering services) sales;

+ Day-to-day work with the prospective customers to identify underlying causes;

+ Daily networking in the area of embedded electronics design, software development, new products development, consumer electronics, industrial automation, engineering services (using IN, Xing, others);

+ Create, participate in creation of all marketing materials including press releases, social media updates, IN / Xing updates, etc.;

+ Daily target contacts search in respective market resulting in qualified leads, follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects;

+ Maintain 6-8 tel-conference appointments weekly in various phases of the sales cycle, support sales calls with prospective customers;

+ Participate in preparation of the presentations, commercial offers and lead in customer negotiations, bargaining, and meetings;

+ Consistently achieve targeted sales quota;

+ Develop clear, specific, action-oriented account plans to develop large accounts.

Requirements:

+ Relevant sales, business development, customer care experience;

+ Alternatively independence, maturity, readiness for the role of a sub-entrepreneur, capability and willingness to understand the new subject area in short terms;

+ Must excellent verbal and written communication skills both on English and Russian (+German will be an extra advantage);

+ Work in a team environment;

+ Skill to reach business development / sales plans, goals;

+ Activity / performance driven;

+ Must be able to learn the electronics development as a services sales cycle;

+ Must be able to effectively use sales automation tools, applications software and equipment to manage the sales process;

+ Must be willing to learn and adapt as new products are developed.
