Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for development of joint business plans with distributor on reported area.
- Manages partners relations via IDP (Ideal Distributor Profile) and responsible for the constant progress.
- Cultivates effective multi-level partner’s relationships with a focus on senior management to ensure positive, mutually beneficial interactions with the Distributor, which improve business performance and ensure continued success in the marketplace.
- Build long-term relations with local key accounts.
- Develop Distributor Sales Function via joint development plans.
- Owns regional KPIs scorecard.
- Provides consulting service to the partners and customers on product promotion within reported area.
- Investigate all incremental opportunities based on GAP analysis for Mars products promotion on reported area.
- Execute with excellence customer/trade marketing activities.
- Identify and develop no-traditional sales channels: HoReCa, Gas Stations, Vending, etc.
- Be an active team player
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Confident MS Office user
- English Upper- Intermediate
