Fulltime position in our Minsk office for a motivated Linux system administrator.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the Linux operating system (2+ years experience)
- Written English intermediate or higher
- Web/mail hosting and telecom experience preferred
- Experienced with and enthusiastic about technologies like:
- Apache
- Nginx
- MySQL
- Server virtualization (Xen-based, VMware, VZ)
- Scripting
- DevOps experience is a big plus
Specific Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, analyze, troubleshoot, tune, optimize and maintain Linux systems
- Troubleshoot OS, virtualization and application performance issues
- Document systems, applications and security configurations
- Ensure compliance with security best practices
- Provide tier 3 support for all Linux based applications
- Execute and assist in developing tools/scripts to automate and streamline the day-to-day tasks and processes
