Would you like to join an international and growing tech company?

We are looking for an active team member to take care of overall office management. Our Office Manager should be able to ensure uninterrupted running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day by day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Office maintenance, developing and executing routines to create a high-class and productive office environment;
• Front office activities: telephone calls handling;
• Travel (business trips) support: booking transport and accommodation, visa support etc.;
• Manage inventory of office supplies;
• Inducting new employees to their workstations;
• Controlling correspondence;
• Hands on experience with office machines (fax machines, printers, etc.).

Requirements:

• Good command of English (verbal and written) – minimum of upper-intermediate level;
• Experience as a travel manager, executive assistant, secretary;
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, Atlassian Software is a plus);
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, attention to details;
• Responsibility, sociability, passion for work, initiative.

Previous experience in IT-sphere will be a plus.

We are also interested in candidates without practical experience in case of they have excellent skills in English.
