A great Game Designer wanted! You’re going to create new products and support changes in already existing apps, all done in close communication with your new teammates.
We’re looking for a self-organized person with deep knowledge in the gaming sector and strong communicative skills. Please note, you must clearly understand the interconnection between the introduction of new features and the economic outcomes.

iOS/Android/FB messenger platforms seasoned game designer wanted (level-design, balance, monetization and analytics).

You will:
- conduct game design market trends analysis
- create app/game concepts (from the ideas to the ready-made concept-document, review and delivery to market)
- hold accountability for the level design and art that sell themselves (projecting of apps, game levels; creation and review/redesign of interfaces; game balance and narrations) that measurably increases users lifetime value
- contribute to brainstorming sessions supporting the ideas of others
- make graphic resources optimization
- drive design team and supervise tasks

Requirements
- Ability to clearly express thoughts in written and orally
- Mobile game design experience will be a plus
- Influence other creative areas to develop desirable art and obtain their contribution to creative concepts. For example, can clearly articulate the idea so that the creative concept is understood by others
- Knowledge of monetization trends and common tendency of mobile market
- Able to create new variation of game maths without supervision (Good understanding of mathematical fundamentals of casual games and understand different game types and categories, demonstrated by being able to calculate the mathematical return of games.)
- Understanding of the mechanics and gameplay for F2P games
- Understanding of the main analytical metrics and the ability to data manipulating
- Reliable, creative, team player, passionate, continual learner
- Proof of records to contribute to the development of an idea to assist its commercial viability
