Gismart company is looking for a talented and experienced Lead/Senior Game Designer. The one, who wishes to realize his full potential working with game projects.

We need a game designer who is able to work on small projects with developed enough monetization. If you’re not scared of level-design, balance, monetization and analytics - we are right on track.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and estimate of the market

• Development from the ideas to the ready-made concept-document

• Entire process of product development from documentation and balance till its complete handling

• Constant monitoring of new trends

Requirements:

• Ability to analyze the market

• Good knowledge of mobile f2p-games market

• Knowledge of monetization trends and common tendency of mobile market

• Deep understanding of game mechanics

• Understanding of the main analytical metrics and the ability to data manipulating

• Teamwork skills

• Love for mobile games
