Purpose of the job:
This role is for developing, implementing, and maintaining Confectionary Category Growth agenda in Belarus to deliver results thru:
- Localization of Confectionary Category Vision thru collaboration with Mars One Demand & Customers in Belarus
- Partnership with Evroopt, based on compelling category growth plans that are grounded in Confectionary Category vision
- Data analysis and turning data into insights, that will help to drive Confectionary category Growth in Belarus
- Ownership of Perfect Store Picture of Success for Belarus
Responsibilities:
Associate at this role
Develops and Deploys Category Vision
- Localizes CCV (Confectionary Category Vision)
- Owns of customer roadmap, including deployment of Perfect Store ‘Picture of Success’
- Aligns the strategy with both internal and external stakeholders and feeds into relevant strategic work streams in the business
Takes responsibility of Strategic Customer relationship
- Ensures ‘The Category First’ and Category growth are at the heart of all interactions with Customers
- Builds key strategic relationships and a feeling of “one team”
- Delivers a step change in customer engagement, works in strong collaboration with One Demand team
- Establishes and embeds Category Strategy relationships with key customers ensure customer requirements built into business planning process via the Customer strategy 1.2 Delivers Category Insights
- Initiates customers’ range review process and recommends range decisions to fuel category growth
- Contributes to Picture of success by channel/store type
- Delivers market/customer/shopper insights, initiate and run the relevant shopper researches when required
Team Engagement / Culture
- Supports and develops of category management capabilities within SDL/CBU/CDL/Customers teams
- Demonstrates positive challenge and “can do” behaviors leading to high team engagement
Requirements:
1. Education & Professional Qualification
Degree in Economics/ Marketing/ Finance;
Russian/English at advanced level;
Expert user of MS Office;
Continuous data experience (i.e. Nielsen, GFK, Spaceman)
2. Knowledge/Experience
2+ years relevant experience in sales, key accounts, trade/customer marketing in FMCG or at Key Retailer
Category Management experience preferred but not essential
Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to create a narrative from analysis/insights
