Hi, we at SplitMetrics are looking for a Sales Manager to join our high performing, young and ambitious team. You'll be called a Growth Specialist in fact, because we do help our clients to grow their business in App Stores, and you will learn to consult and build strategies to enable this.

As a Growth Specialist, you will be in a role where your sales process will align with the way product and marketing teams grow performance of their mobile applications in App Stores. It's a priceless experience that will help you grow your skills in a modern and promising sphere.

Our products' free trial feature provides you with warm leads (with some touchless selling) because prospects want to try things before they make an investment. You will be asked to look for new opportunities through email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc. communication as well as to work with inbound demo requests to help these free users get the most value out of the product with minimum tech setup and best practices to convert them into paying customers.

In addition to this, you will be cultivating a high volume of outbound leads generated from engagement efforts from SplitMetrics marketing team and partner with internal Sales Development Reps to research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify additional opportunities through email campaigns, LinkedIn etc.

We do awesome things here for the companies like Google, Wargaming, Uber, Yandex and thousands of publishers in US, Europe and Asia, and we wait for you to join the team and multiply the number of amazing contracts we signed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience leading a consultative sales process
• Experience using CRM tools to manage and forecast sales opportunities
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
• Acquainted with online marketing, mobile apps development (a plus)

Required Education:

• Master Degree related to Marketing, Communication etc.
• Advanced English language (all communication will be in English)
• Good command of additional languages will be a plus but is not a must
