Intetics is looking for a high-performing Internal PR manager to drive a powerful internal comms strategy around Intetics Global.

We are looking for a PR manager who is a creative thinker and results driven. Someone who is passionate about connecting with audiences in unexpected ways and the one who possesses a knack for breakthrough storytelling—short-form, long-form, and visual.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and integrate internal employee engagement program
• Support and introduce innovations into Intetics corporate culture
• Introduce new, creative ways to reach internal influencers as well as other employees
• Create compelling content shared through myriad communication channels; including, but not limited to: newsletters, Telegram channels, info screens, tech and edutainment meetups and emails. Make a boring tech story readable and make sure it reaches everyone at Intetics
• Design and execute employees’ recognition programs, internal tech meetups, edutainment events, communication campaign initiatives, and report on success metrics
• Collaborate with communications teams (i.e. PR, HR, Marketing and Recruiting) and others to track and collate client wins, success stories, and new announcements and initiatives to booster employee engagement

The ideal Internal PR:

• Has 1+ year experience in IT company or PR/Advertising agency
• Possesses proven ability to develop communications programs that inform and engage audiences
• Demonstrates sounds understanding of complex technologies, products and market challenges
• Has a high level of comfort working globally (Intetics Ukraine, Intetics Belarus, Intetics Poland) with very specific tech-savvy audience
• Familiar with photo and/or video editing tools, e.g. Adobe CS, Canva, iMovie, WordPress or other CMS systems
• Has excellent writing and communication skills (both English and Russian)
