Requirements:

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter. No experience at all or up to 6 months is perfectly okay with us. Psychological or linguistic education background required.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is able and loves to learn quickly
• Can multitask or wants to learn it
• Is very self-organized and disciplined. Perfectionist is the word
• Knows soft skills are important. Has developed soft skills
• Is not afraid of the routine of sourcing
• Speaks English. B1 is the minimal level

You will:

• Help our lovable recruiter to source the best candidates
• Work with different recruiting platforms (Linkedin, Dev.by, Jobs.tut.by, HH, Upwork)
• Assist in organizing interviews with the candidates
• Maintain the database of candidates
