We are looking for a Helpdesk Specialist Level 1-2
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Linux and PC on a power-user level
- Knowledge of Internet principles of operation, its public protocols and ports control
- Good command of written English (Intermediate and higher level)
- Business communication skills; ability to communicate in a polite, professional manner
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to search and analyze information quickly, attention to detail
- Motivation to work with Linux
