Position Summary

In Capsilon, our mission is to build innovative document and data management platform that transforms the way mortgage lenders, investors and servicers do business. Learn more about our company and our product on capsilon.com. You will be designing and developing Product components and modules with passionate team.

Responsibilities

Interact with Development Leader to gather and understand business

requirements.

Proactively interact with other teams in order to understand product requirements and product architecture.

Execute full lifecycle software development.

Write well designed, testable, efficient code.

Document and maintain software functionality.

Use project’s best practices and coding standards.

Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.

Comply with project plans and industry standards.

Constantly improve skill set.

Ensure the availability of development environments.

Assist with the planning and execution of the projects.

Prepare and help team to prepare the design.

On time provide reports to the Practice Leader.

Be a valuable team member with willing to achieve success as a team.

Understanding of Capsilon Culture and following its principles.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in creation of desktop applications, knowledge of C++

Good knowledge of Product and Engineering Processes.

Strong communication skills both spoken and written.

Fluent English.

Understanding of design patterns.

Valid Passport and willing to travel at short notice.

Open to work in shifts and weekends, when circumstance warrants.
