• Monitors billing operations on IF clients, ensures timely delivery of invoices issued to IF clients
• Initiates processing of incoming IF invoices, monitors status and completes required postings for fully approved invoices
• Leads monthly reconciliation of the balances with major Interfirm clients/vendors and solves/escalates emerging issues where required
• Works to facilitate quick payments from/to both ends, undertakes credit control tasks where appropriate
• Prepares monthly reports on status of mutual settlements for management / controllers’ teams
• Ensures adequate document support for all IF operations to reduce potential tax and currency control risks, collaborates with tax manager/controllers/other departments to obtain the required documents/information
• Contributes to IFRS/tax/internal audits to provide required disclosures and comments on IF operations/balances
• Supports Interfirm contracting process and IF master data administration

• 2+ years’ experience in accounting, finance
• Strong accounting background, clear understanding of IFRS principles, management accounting (recognition of revenue, expenses, accruals, cost centers, profit centers, purchase orders etc.)
• English upper-intermediate (both written and spoken skills)
• Good analytical, communication skills, systematic approach to solving tasks
• Responsibility, self-organization, persistence in completing tasks
• Work experience in SAP will be advantage
