Fleet GPS tracking company looking for help desk person to support USA users.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, including written and verbal and be able freely converse with native speakers over the phone. This position is geared towards the person who is good at customer service, has strong computer skills, and has a desire to work with USA clients.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively dealing with any issues and solving problems that arise with the software.
- Consistently using multi-tasking skills to follow an internal process of understanding the issue and finding a solution to the issue while communicating with the customer.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Responds to telephone calls, email, chats and personnel requests for technical support.
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Work 14:00-22:00 shifts.
