We are seeking a User Acquisition Manager to join our team, are you up for the challenge?

What you will do:

• Work as part of our Marketing team to grow Banuba’s marketing channels globally, including display, mobile, and paid social marketing;
• Test new marketing channels and ad products;
• Develop and maintain external vendor relationships;
• Media planning.

Requirements:

• Vast experience in using multiple channels to promote mobile applications (Facebook, Google, AdWords networks, working with influencers);
• Experience in testing and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple channels (A/B testing, microsegmentation);
• Analytics skills for advertising campaigns;
• The desire to test (a lot) and come up with new approaches for promotion, and use non-standard marketing methods;
• Ability to justify decisions, based on the data and not on personal opinion;
• Fluent English.
