Minsk Marriott Hotel is looking for dedicated and talented Training Manager to join our family!

Job Summary

The successful candidate will perform the following role:

• Plan, design and deliver training programs for all hotel employees.
• Develop, implement and maintain Marriott brand standards.
• Analyze training needs above and training effectiveness through out of the hotel.
• Establish and foster relationships and partnerships with external suppliers, training providers, legal and safety entities.
• Coach and train managers and supervisors to improve departmental performance.
• Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency of the training services offered.
• Plan and organize teambuilding and corporate events.
• Assist and participate in all HR-related activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Higher College Education (University).
• 1-3 years relevant experience in developing and delivering various training programs.
• Excellent skills in oral and written English and Russian languages.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Customer service skills & Presentation skills.
• People-oriented.
• Self-confident.
• Quality-oriented.
