Responsibilities:

• Working with current iTechArt vacancies - full cycle of recruitment;
• Active search for talent developers using Linkedin, job sites and other sources;
• Phone and face-to-face interviews with candidates;
• Coordinating staff adaptation, induction, perfomance review, exit interview;
• Advising managers on personnel management issues;
• Leading HR projects;

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• 1 year of experience in IT recruitment field/HR sphere;
• Good understanding of HR Manager role;
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills;
• Great motivation and love of self-education;
• Knowledge of search methods;
• Basic knowledge of IT technologies and software development lifecycle;
• Understanding of IT market in Gomel;
• Intermediate level of English (written and spoken skills);
