Job Summary

The successful candidate will perform the following role:

• To implement Hotel PR, Media and Marketing plan and coordinate with Suppliers and partners.
• Determine overall marketing campaign.
• Play a significant role in developing the hotel Marketing budget.
• Under the guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing create and implement all Marketing activities, including but not limited to:
  • Creation and print of collateral; Promotions and packages; Advertising; Market analysis; Photo-shootings, PR activity.

• Ensure collateral and distribution systems are maintained.
• Provide content and images for websites according to Corporate Identity.
• Develop social media strategies and messages; proceed with SMM activities, monitors fans’ comments and provides relevant responses, when required.
• Bring ideas and participate in the preparations for the promotional theme events, other promotional activities and invitation lists.
• Follow the sales and marketing results and propose corrective actions if needed.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in the hotel including all activities, promotions and the rates of the hotel.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing.
• Hospitality background is preferred
• Previous experience in Marketing Manare role.
• Excellent skills in oral and written in the English and Russian languages.
• Proficient understanding of the Marketing fundamentals, concepts, tools and practices.
• Copywriting skills.
• Experience in developing and running Marketing campaigns and their analysis.
• Proven project management skills.
• Skills in graphical tools is a plus.
• Multi-tasking and Flexible.
• Analytical-minded and Capable to work independently and in team.
