We are looking for a talented Sales Manager with a good command of English language, who will solve complex problems of finding new clients, working in close cooperation with the product and the development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Looking for new customers and offering IT-services for them;

• Preparing and presenting marketing materials;

• Negotiating and communicating with clients;

• Management and coordination of pre-sale stage;

• Negotiation and communication with project managers and team leads for initial estimates and preparation of proposals;

• Account management;

• Problem-solving day to day customer issues.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as a sales manager in the field of IT;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with native English speakers (Advanced level, C2);

• Experience in signing contracts and account management with clients from USA or Europe;

• Experience in making pre-sales documentation, proposals, contracts etc.;

• Ability to work independently without supervision;

• Responsibility and result-oriented approach;

• Proactive, e.g. taking actions to control a situation rather than responding to it after it has happened;

• Excellent problem-solving skills;

• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.
