We are looking for analysts and traders with specialization in Programmatic Media that are willing to gain a lot of cutting edge knowledge of doing data analysis and data science. Candidates will have direct access to the client (mostly US based clients) They will be on client calls several times a week.

Successful employees may find themselves visiting the US couple times a year for face to face client meetings.

Required characteristics of the candidate::

• (preferable) Experience in Creating, Running and Analyzing Programmatic Campaigns - not less than 1 (one) year (preferable) knowledge and experience with the DoubleClick Stack ( DSP/RTB plarforms).
• Degree in STEM majors (analytical thinking is a must)
• Above-average knowledge of English
• Reading data (ability to look at the numbers and understand what they really mean, find patterns behind the data, be able to explain what is happening)
• Empathy (ability not only to listen, but also hear, what was not said; you have to be excited about digital marketing and digital analytics)

• Project Management (You will be trained to project manage the activities and tasks in-between client calls)
• Strategic Planning (Preparing monthly and quarterly presentations to synthesize what has been completed to date and provide plans through the next quarter)
• Account Management (Working with leadership to track budgets and investments for each client and project. Provide forecasts for future needs and educate and explain to clients new ideas to grow their business) and etc.

Working hours:

• 12:00pm - 8:00 pm (Mon - Fri)
