One of our main projects - SEO PowerSuite comprises a set of tools that help SEO specialists to automate their tasks, such as monitoring ranking positions in search engines, doing website optimization and link building. Our product has been on the market for almost 12 years and has already been used by over 2 million professionals and business owners across the globe, including companies like Microsoft, Disney, Amazon, and HP.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Help users of our product with any problems and questions they have (often even before they ask!), as quickly and awesomely as possible.
• Document customer needs and requests, and work closely with development, product, and marketing teams to help shape the product roadmap.
• Educate customers on our software (this may include writing help docs, running demos and webinars).
• Go the extra mile. You’ll be working on a new project that’s growing rapidly, and we have a lot of fun, diverse work up our sleeve for you for the future (and we’re always happy if you come up with ideas of your own!)
• Requirements:
• Excellent English. Top-notch written and spoken English is a must have.
• Good level of computer skills: you should understand the structure of the Windows file system (knowing other operating systems is welcome), be able to configure basic operating system settings. You’re excited about all things tech and wish to learn some advanced stuff.
• Communication skills. You can listen, negotiate, and find a way to talk to anyone in a way that makes them believe you’re best friends when they leave the room.
• Enthusiasm. You volunteer for difficult tasks without waiting to be asked, are ready to learn quickly, roll up your sleeves and do things.
• Passion for problem solving. You have an inquisitive mind and like putting pieces of a puzzle together. You love taking on difficult challenges and finding solutions. If you don’t know the answer, you’ll dig until you find it.

Work experience in a customer-facing environment (customer support, sales, account management, etc) in a technology company is a plus.
