Nitka Technologies, Inc. is a privately held American company with offices in USA, Russia, and Belarus with currently over 200 dedicated technical support and development resources.
We are looking for experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Minsk.

Responsibilities:

• Full recruitment cycle;
• Active search using job portals, Linkedin and other sources;
• Interviews with candidates;
• Onboarding;
• Weekly reports;
• Active participation in other HR processes if needed.

Requirements:

• 1 year+ of experience in IT recruitment field;
• Knowledge of search methods;
• Orientation in IT technologies and software development process;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Results oriented person;
• Good team player;
• English level: upper-intermediate
