FIREBIRDTOURS is looking for Foreign Client Support Specialist!

FIREBIRDTOURS - travel company, oriented on the USA market. We create amazing travel programs. Our clients are demanding and principal travelers. And we are the best company in the world for traveling to Russia. And not only Russia. Firebird tours specialize on upscale travel to Russia, Scandinavia, and Europe. Our team and sales are growing year over year. So we need talented Foreign Client Support Specialist for providing world class service in our Russian Trains Team.

What will you do in this position?

• Manage incoming inquiries from the clients according to using our service

• Keep in touch with English speaking clients (e-mail, phone)

• Explain clients main rules of using our site

Our ideal candidate:

• Good in verbal and written English (we’ll check it with short test task)

• Confident PC/CRM user

• Full of energy and able to work hard

• Could follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• Easy going and flexible to changes

• Your experience doesn’t matter - we can teach you all our best

Our Foreign Client Support Specialist will get:

• Fixed salary 450$ for a trial period (3 months)

• After trial period - 530$ fix (per total month, according to working hours - but we have enough work for everybody in our team)

• Quarterly bonus depending on your personal performance

• Shift schedule, including night shifts (don’t be afraid we’ll pay for your taxi and late lunch)
