Firebird Tours is looking for Sales Specialists!

Firebird Tours - travel company, oriented on the English speaking market, primarily US, Canada, Australia. We are one of the top providers of premium level tour packages and are the fastest growing travel company in the world. Firebird Tours arrange journeys all over Europe, and will soon stretch out to other continents. As our results continue to grow, we require more personnel to join our team. So we need a talented Sales Specialists to join our Minsk office, who can provide world-class service to savvy travelers.

What will you do in this position?
Of course, you’ll sell our premium product - it’s the main goal. But how?

• You will continue to learn new things all the time to become a true expert on European destinations - to sell the best tours you need to know everything about it

• You will learn how to sell, not by pushing the customer - but by being a professional consultant

• Manage incoming inquiries from the clients - we have an amazing marketing team and customer base, so you don’t need to search for clients

• Communicate with travelers in English over phone/email/SMS and sometimes in person

• Cooperate with other departments as per Company standards

Our ideal candidate:

• Would like to explore the world

• Fluent in verbal and written English (we’ll check it with short test task)

• Confident PC user

• Full of energy and don’t count the hours

• Could follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies, and at the same time be flexible to find his/her own way

• Easy going and flexible to changes

• Eager to learn, earn, and grow professionally

Our Sales Specialist will get:

• Fixed salary $600 for a trial period (3 months)

• After trial period - $600 fix + bonus (depends on personal goals)

• Unique working experience in the trans-continental travel company

• Comfortable modern office (Petrovshchina metro station)

• Shift schedule

• Explore the world through semi-annual destination familiarization trips
