Responsibilities:

• Develop and administer office procedures;

• Budget, plan, and optimize office expenses;

• Purchase stationery and household goods, food, etc.;

• Maintain order in the office, supervise cleaning service;

• Meet visitors/candidates, organize meetings;

• Organize and support corporate events, team buildings, office decoration for public holidays;

• Act as the office representative in communication with housing cooperative meetings.

Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience as an office manager in IT;

• Experience in events organization;

• Experience in document management.
