BelPrime is a product company that specializes in building software for Digital Marketers.
Our tools are used by over 2 million professionals and business owners across the globe, including companies like Microsoft, Disney, Amazon, and HP.
We’re looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team working on Awario (awario.com), our new product.
Responsibilities:

Help users of our product with any problems and questions they have (often even before they ask!) via live chat and email, as quickly and awesomely as possible.

Educate customers on our software through video training sessions and product demos.

Document customer needs and requests, and work closely with development, product, and marketing teams to help shape the product roadmap.

Contribute to our help docs and write how-to articles to help onboard new users.

Go the extra mile. You’ll be working on a new project that’s growing rapidly, and we have a lot of fun, diverse work up our sleeve for you for the future (and we’re always happy if you come up with ideas of your own!)
Requirements:

Excellent English. Top-notch written and spoken English is a must-must-must-have.

Communication skills. You have strong sense of empathy, know when to talk and when to listen, and are attuned to hear the question behind the question.

An educator at heart. You can explain just about anything to anyone. Teaching someone something new makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside.

Enthusiasm. You volunteer for difficult tasks without waiting to be asked, are ready to learn quickly, roll up your sleeves and do things, and kick ass along the way.

Passion for problem solving. You have an inquisitive mind and like putting pieces of a puzzle together. You love taking on challenges and finding solutions. If you don’t know the answer, you’ll dig until you find it.

Good grasp of technology. You’re excited about all things tech and know a thing or two about computers.
Work experience in a customer-facing environment (customer support, sales, account management, etc) in a technology company is a plus.
