What you will do

• Look for new clients from the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and other countries

• Work with an existing client base

• Negotiate the most interesting projects for our developers

• Communicate with developers to find the best-suited project to each one

• Update internal CRM on a daily basis

• Seek and offer new opportunities to increase sales.

Working Conditions

• 100% remote work.

• Salary 1000 USD net fix + high bonuses for opened contracts

• Free English and IT classes

• Work in the international environment

• Full-time employment 5/2

• Ability to work late hours will be a plus - till 8-10pm Moscow time

• Working time is tracked using Hubstaff - a desktop time tracker that takes screenshots and measures activity

Recruitment stages

• Online English test (20 minutes)

• HR Zoom interview in English (1.5 hours)

• Final interview with the company's CEO
