Easybrain is looking for a skilled User Acquisition Manager, to acquire users for iOS\Android games through different mobile advertising networks and sources (sources list is flexible\tbd). You’ll be running performance marketing campaigns, cooperate on creatives with design team, optimize targeting, volumes, action events etc in order to maximize UA campaigns performance. Reporting to the UA Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Ads campaigns management;
• Ads campaigns optimization (any kind) in order to improve ROI (decrease CPI, increase LTV\ARPU);
• Users quality analysis (based on internal reporting tools); in order to optimize\improve UA performance;
• Communication with Team Lead, Designers, Marketing Managers, Adnetworks’ account managers;
• Reporting.

Requirements:

• Mobile user acquisition experience, 2+ years;
• Analytical skills and mindset;
• Common sense;
• English language level - Intermediate+.
