We are seeking for a creative, self-organized and proactive Marketing & Communications Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Minsk. This team member is supposed to take a leading role in developing and executing partners marketing strategies, supporting partner`s activities, be responsible for cross-functional marketing collateral development as well as to take part in other marketing launches & campaigns.

As a Marketing & Communications Manager, some of your tasks will include:

• Launching and leading marketing initiatives and campaigns for partners, creating and maintaining case studies and client stories, guidelines and regulations, customer loyalty programs
• Help partners to achieve sell-through by means of actionable marketing support, promotion and business development
• Developing and maintaining partners community
• Collaborate with the company contractors to create content (execute briefing and coordination) across multiple channels (blog, articles, posts, marketing collateral - presentations, leaflets and brochures etc.)
• Collaborate with the design team on marketing assets creation
• Research and investigation, reporting on marketing activities
• Communication with cross-functional teams on operational topics

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role (general marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications) preferably with software services or products
• Excellent English skills both written and verbal
• Strong copywriting skills is a must, technical writing experience will be a plus
• Expertise in product marketing design is welcome and necessary
• Strong analytical skills; project management ability
• Team player, result oriented, responsible
• Ability to work independently, take the lead and report on the progress

The ability to multitask will be an important part of this position. This will require flexibility and the possibility to adapt quickly.
