This role is part of the Marketing team within VRP Consulting

THE ROLE:

• VRP Consulting is looking for a Copywriter to join its Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for writing and editing various marketing content
• You will partner internally with our Sales, Operations and Technical teams to write clear, succinct and compelling copy for a business audience

• This role requires a combination of product and industry understanding, creative/brand thinking, strong communication skills, and the aptitude for marketing innovation and thought-leadership
• Copywriter creates persuasive writing to promote VRP Consulting services and brand. The writing is used in various materials, such as online ads, corporate blog, direct mail campaigns, case studies, etc

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Writing different types of copy depending on its purpose. E.g. corporate presentations, press-releases, whitepapers, case studies, advertising
• Collaborating with tech teams to produce relevant copy for brochures, sales materials and products
• Working on online copy alongside the Digital Marketing Manager ensuring copy works effectively for web layouts, search engine optimization purposes and ad campaigns
• Optimize micro-copy such as subject lines and landing page CTAs through constant a/b testing
• Working alongside marketing teams to write entertaining and effective email marketing materials
• Write and collaborate on longer-form content initiatives like sales collateral, whitepapers, and one-pagers via authorship and review
• Maintain corporate blog together with internal authors
• Promote content internally by writing leaders for emails notifications and newsletters.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Similar practical experience of 2+ years
• Native English speaking and writing
• A Western mindset (by origins or long-time residence)
• Ability to deliver exceptional, polished, succinct, professional, customer-facing content under tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with web-based content management systems (WordPress)
• An extreme attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken presentation skills
• Solid understanding of online copywriting and how it impacts on search engine optimization.
