Talents In Games начинает поиск User Acquisition Manager для компании партнера Wargaming. Работа в офисе города Минск (Беларусь).

WG Nexus team is a new business unit at Wargaming that is focused on finding and developing unique cross-platform IPs for Wargaming, leveraging partnerships with external development studios.

What will you do?

• Drive user acquisition for iOS and Android games on a daily basis
• Provide full-cycle management of advertising campaigns, including planning, launch, and optimization in accordance with KPIs
• Provide data-driven solutions to boost creative development
• Work with the marketing and design departments to prepare content for advertising campaign launches
• Provide development teams with feedback on titles as to how their performance can be improved
• Manage day-to-day relations with partners

What are we looking for?

• A bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years’ experience as a User Acquisition Manager in mobile industry (mobile apps and games)
• Experience in user acquisition via Facebook and Google Ads
• Great analytical skills
• Ability to work with large amounts of data
• Experience in working with UA tools such as Bidalgo, AppsFlyer, and Singular
• Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience buying mobile ads on video ad networks (AdColony, Vungle) and Apple Search Ads
