As our Godel People Partners team is growing, we are looking for a talented People Partner Assistant to join us!

If you are:

• Guru of analytical and logical way of thinking;
• Enjoy working with text, define the main ideas out of the incoming information;
• Like to structure things and call yourself a perfectionist in every routine task;
• Enjoy the beauty of diagrams, charts, structured texts and analytics;
• Curious and able to ask the right questions (cause the answer is already there);
• Always have ideas on how to improve existing tools in order to solve repeated issues (or know where to find the right ones);
• Flexible enough to accept the opinions of other team members and able to come up together with the best solution, approach for the case;
• Ready to work as one team and be satisfied with personal results while focusing on reaching team goals;
• Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) both in English (upper/advanced level) and Russian;
• Thoughtful, smart, open-minded, proactive and positive individual;
• Quick-learner and detail-oriented, adaptable and flexible;
• Interested in HR field and looking for an opportunity for professional growth.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assistance of People Partners with programs, policies, and corporate culture improvements;
• Analysis, interpretation and visual design of documents;
• Creation of beautiful and represented presentations, infographics and other visual content;
• Processing HR analytics and reports on a regular basis;
• Improve existing tools including possible ways of automatization (questionnaires, presentations etc.) and search for new ones;
• Participation in other People Partners activities upon request.
