SplitMetrics team is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join the company.

We have two products: SplitMetrics is an app A/B testing platform, and SearchAdsHQ - Apple Search Ads management platform. Our company is official Apple Search Ads partner.

CRM data needs to be kept clean, proper processes set forth, the right tools used, and the right analytics need to be done. So, we're looking for the Sales operations manager, who can help our sales team run like a well-oiled machine.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with Sales Executives to collect feedback and improve processes in the department.

  • Be responsible for the documentation: write playbooks, replenish and update the knowledgebase.

  • Do research about companies in the mobile industry.

  • Lead CRM and control it to be filled correctly by other employees of the sales department.

  • Organize participation in conferences (coordination of employees, collection of information, booking, communication with representatives of events, etc.).

  • Report on the performance of the department, consider KPI.

  • Measure, track and analyze results, report on progress and constantly optimize processes.

  • Assist the Head of Sales with tasks related to sales and administration.

  • Work with legal documents as part of a regular workflow.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English written and spoken communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Love of information and order, willing to make others' lives easier.

  • Ability to google, ask, search and come to the solution of the question as independently as possible.

  • Metrics-driven mindset with excellent reporting skills.

  • Creative problem-solver who thinks structurally and is not afraid of difficulties.

  • Proficiency in or ability to learn our systems, e.g., LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Apptopia, etc.
