We are looking for Head of Ads Monetization who will work in a multi-disciplinary team and will steer our efforts in successfully building, operating and managing Ads and Campaigns to better understand our players and enhance their experience with our mobile games.

What you will do

• Plan and oversee in-game advertising for iOS/Android apps.

• Responsible for managing, analyzing and optimizing Ads

• Maintain and build relationships with advertising top providers

• Run in-apps monetization tests to optimize monetization efforts

• Propose improvements and innovative ways to the Product team

Who we think will be a good fit

• 3+ years experience in ads monetization for mobile games

• Experience managing, growing and optimizing Ads

• Understanding of and experience with AppStore / Google Play

• Able to compile and analyze performance data and metrics

• Can generate, test hypotheses, iterate

• Passion for results, ability to work with large data volumes;

• Driven and self-motivated

• Fluent English
