POSITION SUMMARY

You will be an integral part on the Investor Relations (IR) team assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of a variety of investor relations programs and activities. Working under the guidance of the CEO, Investor Relations, you will serve as a resource to senior management to ensure the Company effectively communicates its message with investors and other key stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with senior management to create investment messaging integrated and consistent with strategic goals of the company.
• Communicate with shareholders to keep them knowledgeable about the company.
• Prepare conference call scripts and frequently asked questions/answers.
• Support the investors’ decision-making processes by coordinating and attending, when needed, meetings with company leaders and visits to company facilities.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to senior management regarding reaction to events and special developments.
• Find, support, and encourage prospective investors by broadening awareness and interest through conferences, presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator, intellectually curious and have a strong work ethic. The individual must be an independent thinker and self-starter with the bandwidth to multitask and work on several key projects at a given time. The individual should have the ability to participate in spirited give-and-take discussions about his or her work. It is important that the individual have superior interpersonal skills with an ability to work with people at multiple levels.

• Experience in this position from 3+years-Investor Relations Manager.
• Fluent English, level C2.
• Successful candidate will be articulate with a professional presence.
• Will have strong quantitative and analytical skills as well as excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Will display and operate in a way that never compromises ethics and integrity, and will be non- political in all dealings with agendas that are above board and understood by all.
• Will manage his or her time effectively and have superior planning and organization skills.
• Will be a self-starter and proven team player capable of prioritizing his or her own work and/or problems simultaneously.
• Must be comfortable working in a high-energy, quickly changing and demanding environment.
• Be prepared for domestic and international travel.
